A Daily market is on walking distance from "walking street" With twice a week during daytime an extention to a nearby square. Good bargains.
The Local Pataya market, cheap clothing and lots of food Fri/Sat/Sun from 6.00pm until 10.00pm. Thsi market is a bit off the normal track, i suggest ask a motor cycle taxi (30-40 baht from walkingstreet) or if you are in a gruop a normal taxi (expect 80 baht total for a group). Only mention "Talaad Theprasit" and he brings you there within 10 minutes.
Another nice market is in Naklua (North of Pattaya) Come early cause this is also a fish market 5.00am-9.00am. Taxi's go there for around 30 baht per person or in a group for 100 baht.
