The Balcony This bar got an award of the well-known magazine METRO as one of the best gay bars in town. It is located at Soi 4, off Silom Rd. and is very popular with foreigners. It serves only OK food, but it has a balcony to watch the action on Soi 4 on Friday and Saturday.
